Cavalry FC Announce Assistant Coach and Three Roster Additions

Bryan-College Station (May 3, 2017)- The Brazos Valley Cavalry FC are happy to announce that the assistant coach for the inaugural season will be Mohammed Kallon. The Cavalry FC is also excited to announce that Andy Rios, Brandon Guhl, and Dominick Falletto have joined the roster.

Mohamed Kallon has been with the Dynamo Academy serving as the U15 Head Coach. Kallon had a 20 year professional playing history before retiring. The Sierra Leone native became the youngest player to ever play for the Leone Stars at the age of 15.

Andy Rios is a freshman for the University of New Mexico. The goalkeeper for the Lobos was also a member of the Dynamo Academy. Rios was named a four star recruit by TopDrawer Soccer.

Brandon Guhl is a freshman forward for the SMU Mustangs. Guhl recorded 185 minutes during his freshman season. During the 2015 US Soccer Academy season Guhl was ranked 3rd in the United States in scoring recording 31 goals in 30 games. Dominick Falletto is a sophomore forward at Houston Baptist University. The Forney, Texas native appeared in 19 games with 15 starts during his freshman season.

Falletto logged 1,420 minutes and led all freshman in goals with 4. Folletto also led the team in assists with 5. Falletto had a stand out three-point game against Seattle which helped the Huskies to upset the Nationally-ranked Redhawks.

The Brazos Valley Cavalry FC home opener is on Monday, June 5th against Texas United FC at the newly renovated Nutrabolt Stadium. The Cavalry is coming! Season tickets starting as low as $40.
