Bryan/College Station, Texas – May 14, 2018 – PDL rivals, Albion Hurricanes FC Royals, will look to have a successful first season in the PDL. AHFC Royals play their home games at Tully Stadium in Houston, Texas.

For AHFC Royals, Head Coach Josh Gardner returns to the AHFC system, where he played during his career. After a MLS career that included stops at the LA Galaxy, Seattle Sounders, Columbus Crew, Montreal Impact, and Sporting Kansas City, Gardner became a coach in the Sporting KC Development Academy. It is from the Sporting KC Development Academy that Gardner returns to AHFC. He will look to take his experiences as a MLS player and working in a MLS Development Academy to properly develop his players for success.

In their first game against Corpus Christi FC, AHFC Royals relied on multiple players for scoring on their path to victory. The first ever goal from AHFC Royals was scored by Midfielder Geraldo Arriaga. Other notable performances were Forward Killan Columbie, Midfielder Romain Danielou, and Midfielder Gio Andrade, all whom scored a goal in last night’s game.
